LADY GAGA
I met Lady Gaga at the P1 Club in Munich when I was photographing the band Pussycat Dolls. At that time, Lady Gaga was still the opening act for Pussycat Dolls, and everyone was more interested in Nicole Scherzinger, who was linked with Formula 1 star David Hamilton. It was only two months later that the song Poker Face skyrocketed through the charts. On the day, two months before this success, we heard the song for the first time, and we knew it would be a global hit. The photos with Lady Gaga were then taken the following summer in Berlin.
