ZOMBIE BOY
Rick Genest known as Zombie Boy was a unique individual, eccentric yet remarkably sensitive and kind. I photographed him several times, the last time being at my Pop Up Store in Berlin Mitte for my series Portrait Only. The concept was to capture images exclusively with second-hand clothing, aiming to convey that fashion is nothing more than a marketing illusion. True style lies in one's creativity, not in that of corporations.
